New Installation, Upgrade and Maintenance
Closed-circuit television (CCTV), also known as video surveillance, is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors. It differs from broadcast television in that the signal is not openly transmitted, though it may employ point to point (P2P), point to multipoint (P2MP), or mesh wired or wireless links. Though almost all video cameras fit this definition, the term is most often applied to those used for surveillance in areas that may need monitoring such as bars, banks, casinos, schools, hotels, airports, hospitals, restaurants, military installations, convenience stores and other areas where security is needed. Videotelephony is seldom called "CCTV" but the use of video in distance education, where it is an important tool, is often so called. Devices required to install a CCTV System are:-

Basically a CCTV system is damaged by high electric voltage and the improper connection of BNC and DC power connectors. High voltage causes camera disorder and HDD crash. In Digital Video Rrecorder capacitors also may damaged by high voltage or current. To protect these damages we recommand our clients to install a double battery UPS that provide pure sine wave or alternating currrent.
To maintain a CCTV system we need to change all BNCs and DC power chords. Why we need to change connectors, due to loose attachements of these connectors fluctuations occur and damages the Camera.
Pick out all cameras and test one by one. If there is a problem in camera then we change it or if problem is fixable then we fix it.
After replacing the camera backup the HDD and then format. That's it.
